Customer service is trash They keep your change or try to keep your change You ask for your food to be made one way They don't do it get mad when you send it back as if you're the problem They fries is either old or they using old grease It's ridiculous
Terrible Customer Service. Tried ordering a diet strawberry limeade and a regular and the guy taking our order was not comprehending a simple order and then didn’t allow us to complete our order by sending us straight to payment without knowing if the two drinks were correct. Then cherry on top the second guy we pressed on did the same thing by sending us straight to payment and not asking if we were done ordering which we weren’t.
Yet again, a horrible time at this location. Waited 20 minutes for 2 shakes. No apologies, no nothing just waiting. We asked for our refund. This is the 5th time we have had the experience. We want this place to be back on our favorite list, but it's no hope. We finally made the decision to let it go and never visit this location.
First place i've been to that knows how to make a Strawberry shake. I almost gave up sonic shakes. Great Customer service.
