This location has gone downhill fast. My girlfriend and I like to go here to get dessert every once in awhile. Some ice cream after dinner or something and we can't do that anymore because they get upset that anybody's even showing up and make it like garbage. We've gotten desserts from other sonics that are so much better. It's not believable. Today I tried to pull into Sonic. It wasn't super busy or anything. There was a few people there. Terrible customer service. Did not give me my refund as promised. Corporate contact isn't helpful either.
Really messed up my order and then didn't bring back my change. I'm done with Sonic
