Every time I get food at Sonic on 4th street I regret it. The server NEVER has mustard or ketchup on them even when you ask for it during ordering. (Someone that worked there once told me they are told not to carry Ketchup and stuff because they think they’ll get better tips…. For not providing you what you ask for because they will have to go back inside…??) My tots were undercooked, barely a shade over white and all smooshed. (Seems that was on purpose.) My significant other stopped by here about a week ago and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. The food he ordered wasnt correct, it took an unexplainably long time to recieve the food, and the bag was missing the reciept...making it difficult to have the issue resolved. We decided to call and try to talk with a manger. Eventually, we were told the next time we came by we wouldn't have to worry about paying for our meal....just mention to an employee and we would be taken care of.
