Ordered bacon super sonic and got chicken sandwich. Ordered smashburger combo and it had no sauce, no cheese for pretzels, and tater tots were cold. Waited 15 minutes for this, is a joke! Never again will we come back here
If I could give no stars I would. I called and spoke to the manager at this location. He sounded already mad and annoyed upon answering my call. I let him know my shakes were the wrong sizes, wrong flavors, my fries were stale and cold and I wasn’t happy. He rudely let me know he bagged the order himself and that I was wrong. I told him I took pictures and he declined to look at them.
