It took ten minutes before someone took our order. We were the only people there.
Update: I reached out to the owners, who were prompt in responding. They explained that the outdoor cleanliness issue was due to broken equipment they are working to replace/repair, and apologized for the cold food issue. I will give the location another try to see if improvements have been made. This is a Sonic I've frequented for YEARS. Absolutely the worst sonic order is never right after a hour of waiting for something simple. Always claim that they don’t have change. The staff and managers need to be replaced.
