Food takes forever. Staff is rude. Waiting for 15 plus mins at drive thru. Just for a Philly cheese steak. Tray d4. Been sitting waiting. Order was wrong after all of that
Rose was great and helpful
I come to this Sonic often to grab a drink or a snack. When the staff member Omar is working he always goes out of his way to greet me - his customer service skills are next level. I wish all service industry people had his attitude.
