I asked for a strawberry limeade, got a strawberry LEMONADE even though I’ve made it clear that I wanted the limeade. Asked for a burger from kids meal no mustard and no pickles, got those in the burger. And I’ve had to speak up many many times to be clear and couldn’t get the stuff I wanted specifically.
Yeah, this is tough. In the past 6 years Sonic has taken a nosedive. 7 years ago Sonic was solid. Today Sonic is sketchy. Tell me you think the portions are reasonable. Tell me you DON'T suffer gastrointestinal distress after consuming their product. I'm loathed to call it food. I've been patient, thought it was just one location, but no. 5 States, 5 years. Ordered online and paid, because it says they open at 6 am. When I went to pick up my food, there was 1 employee sitting outside, said he was waiting on his manager to show up. They weren't open!!! Now I can't get my food and have to wait until God knows when for the manager to show up just to request a refund!!!
They always get my order right!
