I don’t know her name but I think it was alay?AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s so rare to have such positive, warm, interactions at any fast food place (and I understand why!! People treat workers like trash and expect them to be chipper 24/7) but it was so refreshing to be greeted so warmly.
I went there last night after work to get a double cheeseburger and onion rings which they burned them while I was waiting at the window so they made a fresh order but they gave me my order but the burger wasn't in it so I called the next morning and gave my name after telling them what happened and she told me to come say the name and I could get my burger but the lady told me she didn't get anything about it and she had no clue what I was talking about then they gave me more onion rings I didn't ask for and a burnt two pat... read more
