Manager lacks any type of management skills, needs replaced. Car hop was nice courteous,Manager needs demoted to reach cans.
It's almost impossible to get service here anymore. When you click the call button you are ignored and the wait is ridiculous.
Again will serve the wrong order they did make it right and it was a good sandwich
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not sure why this place is terrible. Everything is takes so long and the ice cream is melted by the time you get it. I don't know what it is or why everything is bad. I use to love sonic but can't go here anymore. I'm not sure if it is management or what, but I can't say because its teens. All the fast food places, have a majority of teens working there and its not this bad anywhere else.
