Horrible customer service especially from the management.
Just went to sonic for the first time in a few years. Wont be going back. Sonic has gone to crap. Their patties taste and feel fake. The cheese is a weird color and has a texture of plastic. The fries are just terrible. Sonic used to dominate over McDonald's now theyre pretty much the same. The corndogs were under cooked and mushy in the middle. Freaking gross food.
The young Latinx person with the pretty neck tattoo at the Harvey location was The Nicest person!!! She was patient yet quick and friendly. My order was super fresh! Made my whole day better!
i went to another sonic and they messed up my order, but i couldn’t return to correct it at the time. i came to this sonic as it is close to my house and explained the situation and they happily made me my corrected order at no additional charge :,) they were so kind and understanding and made my day, i want to thank each and every one of the employees very much <3 especially carrie (hope i spelled that right)- she took charge of my request and i am beyond grateful for her for getting me my much needed ice cream. thank you h... read more
