This is my second time eating at this sonic, both times now the burger has been cold in the center. Like refrigerator cold. Very unpleasant and should be fixed immediately.
Gave me regular soda and not coke zero like I ordered. Happened a few times now. I'm disappointed because those are calories I could've used on real food.
YET, AGAIN! COMPLETELY Disappointed. Not only did they not give me the requested dipping sauce! But I ordered a Large chili cheese tot. And when I got home to eat it.. HALF WAS ALREADY GONE.....I ORDERED A LARGE FOR A REASON! NOT A HALF EMPTY TOT.. IF U CANT GET ME WHAT I ORDERED... THEN DONT CHARGE MY CARD FOR A LARGE! ...
Took me 40 minutes to get someone to take my order. I pressed a button waited 20 minutes then it just went away then I go to the drive thru. A worker looks at me makes eye contact sees me there and doesn’t ask to take my order. I got back to the drive in part. I pressed the button. Waited. See someone else go to the drive thru and they took their order immediately. I was livid and still respectful. I like the happy hour half-price sodas and tea. My husband ordered a shake with NO whipped cream, unfortunately they automatically put on the whipped cream, so I had to take it off.
