First off when there under age children and I’m talking about kids 11 or 12 driving in your parking lot messing around and you guys did nothing about it you also did nothing about the kids trying to jump an innocent girl all because her braids were blue, also do you guys ever answer like seriously we have tried to get food from there twice and both times no one answered we even tried 3 different spot and tried to call and still got no answer and we made sure the place was open and it was..
This place should be shut down! They need a whole different staff and management. I come here daily as a door dash driver and Everytime I am treated horribly and disrespectful. I asked for a drink carrier as the order I was picking up had 5 drinks and the manager there pointed to an area and said get one basically stating if I wanted a drink carrier I'd have to find it myself and assemble it as well when I stated I was not an employee of Sonic the manager looked at me and said not my problem. Horrible management !
I always order ahead and still end up waiting for over 10 minutes past when the app says my food will be ready.
