Never fast, always plan on waiting 30 minutes for your order
Ordered UnSweet Iced Tea with Real Strawberry Fruit, Extra Strawberry Fruit, which of course I paid extra for & when I got My drink there was hardly any strawberry fruit in it & literally no ice whatsoever, which of course meant the drink wasn't cold in the slightest. Just overall a super disappointing visit.
So on three occasions now I’ve come to this location between 11-11:30PM and wasn’t served. The lights will be on and the building will have employees inside but when you pull in and press to order they don’t respond. If you stick around or talk through the speaker they will then turn all the lights off (outside) and simply not respond or service you. The employees were out of sight but one was a black man. On 2/3 occasions. Forced to go to the Green River sonic instead.
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst sonic ever, half the order screens never work, they never have enough staff, the wait time is horrible and most of the time they are rude. Sat for almost 10 minutes today with the red light button flashing and no one ever answered.
