I am doordashing & sitting in a stall. I waited about 5 minutes before anything was said, then told them I was here to pickup a doordash. I was told through the kiosk it would be 15 minutes, I relay this information to the person who ordered. 15 minutes go by & I get their food, but they are out of oreos & cannot make the peanut butter oreo shake that was ordered & asked if the customer would like a substitute, the customer told me yes, they would like a hot fudge.
