Stopped in to get a blast for my granddaughter and myself. Ordered at the kiosk by the benches to sit outside. It looks like it's supposed to be a touch screen, but the protective plastic over the screen makes it impossible. So no way to leave a tip. Oh well. But the bad part was that my blast had Reese's pieces in it even though I ordered the Heath Bar pieces. And on top of that, not much in the way of either other than the sprinkle on top.
the car hop didn’t greet us or use any verbal communication simply just shoves both drinks into my hands and walked away. I was wanting to confirm the quality and size of my drink and the drive through worker was short and rude providing no customer service and simply brushed us off and closed the window after vaguely answering our questions.
