Drive thru sucks here! It took 20 minutes to order. So happy hour was over. How can only one person be working during happy hour. Drove off just like all the cars behind us. Won’t come back here. Terrible service

Ever been to Sonic and ordered a large Oreo Blast with extra cookies, took one bite and been like “Hmmm them not real Oreo Cookies”? Furthermore, is there a solution other than “we are very sorry you had this experience”? That’s not sincere and poor business model.
Everytime I come here they always forget something. And the attitude has to go. Not professional at all.
