I ordered doordash and my order was completely wrong! Pluss they didn't give me my shake! I ordered a shake again cause that was what i wanted the most from my order... then doordash driver called and said that apparently they gave my shake to someone else and they wont remake it. Then we called to complain and they hanged up and didnt want to listen to us.

If you’re looking for a Sonic, I honestly would recommend going to a different location. We went to the Sonic on Zaragoza and Rojas, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing. My mom ordered a Berry Citrus Limeade with still water, since she had never tried it before and didn’t know the difference between still and sparkling water.
