I commend Vanessa on graveyard for running the restaurant alone! Is that even allowed because I am a frequent customer and I see her running back and forth helping all the customers with orders and food. Keep up the good fight my dear.. Stay safe..
Worker "comped" my girlfriends drink after their system did not process the payment multiple times. This was for a $5 tops soda, so we thought how nice! A few hours later she gets a $26 charge from sonic. She goes to try to clear up the situation with a helpful employee. She gets her manager, the manager proceeds to say they do not believe her, and that we'll have to go again between specific work hours to fix this during the managers schedule.
