They put a lot of ice in the cups and barely any soda or tea in the cups and when we ask for light ice they don’t put light ice in the cups they need to do better with putting ice in the cups! I can even drink my dr.pepper with being gone in a second same with a tea drink
Screens never seem to be working at this Sonic. Can you really not get a card reader for your staff to use when they come out? Also, you can't tell if they're putting the order in correctly until they bring it out. Multiple things wrong were wrong with our order, but we sucked it up instead of waiting another 10 minutes. We'll just go to another location next time.
I've never been a fan of fast food but the service was great and very friendly.
Had a very pleasant experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, portions were good, and the service was friendly and efficient. The ambience was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great place to enjoy good food with family and friends!
