The treats and food are really good. The service is always friendly, although it can be very slow (likely understaffing issues). It can be sometimes hard to hear through the speakers on the board (especially in the seating area). The seats are not super comfortable. Handicapped parking does exist, but if course it's kinda far.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 shakes that were very runny, made incorrectly and very weak. The man who I assume is the manager was rude and definitely lacks customer service skills. If I could give zero stars I would.
I saw the ad pop up on fb and figured i would go try it out. I called ahead to serif the deal was legit and was told yes. I found a parking spot that was not coned off. The screen was not on as I pushed the button for service. It never came on. That's the 3 stars for the atmosphere. When the attendant came on (Solaris), she was very polite, a very bubbly personality. I asked her about the deal as I had seen it online, and she confirmed the deal.
