8 employees “working” I use that term very loosely and wouldn’t answer the drive-thru!!
Been to this location several times in the past and the main reason I quit coming was the extremely long wait times. I decided to just stop by and see if things have changed. Did it two days in a row and nothing has changed they do not care about customer service at all. 22 minutes today over 30 minutes yesterday after having to push button and ask for my food.

My pickup order was scheduled at 6:11 and was confirmed ready on the app I waited 20 minutes for my order never received it and there was a car that arrived after me that received their order. On a separate occasion I have waited almost an hour for a milkshake. There was only 1 carhop today when I went to this location. This location desperately needs either different management or to hire more employees this is out of hand and ridiculous.
This is possibly the worst Sonic in the world. I'm a lifelong Starkville resident and the past few years, it takes 20-30 minutes just to get drinks at this location. If they ever come at all. Multiple times we've finally had to leave and contact our credit card company to refund what was never received. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's beyond saving.
