Currently been waiting 20 mins for 2 diet cokes. Several of the booths where you pull in have been out of order for several months and management doesn’t seem to care as they won’t even put a sign up to let customers know which spots can’t be used. Forget fast when you stop at this Sonic.
Used to be my favorite Sonic until today… recently. Close it until it’s properly staffed because by it being one person & 10 at a stall, it’s ridiculous wait time. For a cup of ice only, the wait was 10 mins. I’m patient because I have worked in fast food for many years myself but the professionalism & quality of service lacks here. Ordered a Large Chocolate Shake and it was too thick and undrinkable. Ended up having to go to the other Sonic downtown and buy another Shake. I want my $6.59 back for the horrible shake from the first Sonic.
