I tried to order on the app and it would not go through. We pulled up to one of the ordering stations and no one answered 3 different times. I tried to ask two different employees for help. They just said they were busy. I typically do not eat at Sonic but my kids wanted to try it. I will never eat at Sonic again. They need to send the employees through Chick Fil A training. This place is so inefficient. Several cars have left just like us.
Half the time workers ain't working and they just close up and dont say anthing or just dont answer/take your orders, dont even let you know what's going on or anything..
