We didn't even have an opportunity to eat here because of the horrible customer service. Me and my husband were traveling with a camper so we parked in Walmart and walked to the restaurant. We attempted to order at the booth in the seating area. We were immediately told they were only taking orders through the drive thru. The only reason I give Sonic 5 stars is because the manager Trinity is a great worker and knows how to do her job unlike the main manager there that is just rude and disrespectful.
Very slow going through the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh.
I tried to order on the app and it would not go through. We pulled up to one of the ordering stations and no one answered 3 different times. I tried to ask two different employees for help. They just said they were busy. I typically do not eat at Sonic but my kids wanted to try it. I will never eat at Sonic again. They need to send the employees through Chick Fil A training. This place is so inefficient. Several cars have left just like us.
