Made an order online but when I got there 10 minutes later the whole store was locked and shut down because there was a leak in the ceiling. Not really sure why the ordering wasn't turned off but things happen. this sonic has never done me wrong. when i want a giant hot dog at 10pm with a giant drink and dessert, i know they got me. they have never messed up my order. it’s a sonic, some of y’all are expecting way too much.
I ordered through Doordash, and the order managed to get stolen twice. They were absolutely useless in helping resolve the issue and took almost 2 hours to make the food. There’s no reason to let someone walk in and take someone else’s food. The first time was understandable, but the second time it wasn’t even stolen by a dasher. There is a major lack of professionalism among the employees as they even refused to talk to me the second time after talking to me the first time. Worst store ever fire everyone there. I’m at the PICU with my son and they have my order away to someone else and won’t remake it and give it to the dasher to bring to me. Absolutely ridiculous. They also won’t pick up the phone!!! I hope this reach’s cooperate.
This is only my second negative review of all of my reviews, but unfortunately I need to make it. I asked for extra onion on my cheeseburger, we were asked if we wanted cheese on a hot dog and said yes, and also requested no ice in my wife's Diet Coke, none of the requests were honored. Later asked for a refill on the Diet Coke since it was mostly ice and was told I would have to pay extra and buy another Diet Coke. Overall a far below average experience.
