This sonic is one of the busiest in this part of Alabama. Don’t know why. Sonic is very consistent with their food, they are specials and their pricing. Problem was I waited 45 minutes on a couple of hotdog. I think more training is in order for the staff cause 15 people walked by me and never ask if I had been helped. I ordered these burgers and they didn't put the lettuce or tomatoes and it was definitely not extra chilly or bacon. What a joke! I payed quite a bit extra for these burgers and they could not even include what come standard on them. What a scam!!! What a bunch of lazy losers! How hard is it to look at the screen in frount off u and do what it says! We just wanted to order a bag of ice and it took almost 30 minutes before our order was placed then it took almost another 10. The young lady apologized but she was very nice and explained the problem to us. I believe our stall was #119
Service was quick and the ice cream treats were absolutely perfect! My fav hands down!
