Thought this location was McDonalds. Its 730 pm and they said they shut down their ice cream machines already so they're no longer serving any shakes or blasts. Lazy kids will run your franchise to the ground.
It was a good stop for a late nighe drink
Made the mistake of giving this location another try after them repeatedly messing up my order placed on the app. Not sure how that’s even possible when it’s written out for you. Today I was told that the ice cream machine was already off for the day at 9:25p after already placing my order on the app. I said I just wanted a refund because I came only for ice cream & they said they can’t do that… so now I’m out $6 and still without ice cream! The service was a little slow however the drive thru operator was friendly and the lady who brought out the order as well.
*update went back to order a sweet tea and they don’t have sweet tea” 🤣🤦♀️ Their ice cream machine is neverrrr working my 4th time going and they always say “we don’t have ice cream right now” and it’ll only be 6-7 pm when I get off work
