This place sucks now. The girl brought out drinks out from my mobile order and she didn’t say anything. Just handed us our drinks. The slushes were half slush/half liquid like they were made hours ago. Some drinks weren’t even made correctly with the correct ingredients. Then I had to notify the girl that she also forgot the tater tots. She looked confused and then just went inside and came out with a bag of tots. I came through at around 8:45 PM and the drive thru order taker was rude and they messed up my wife's drink
1-Star Review I had one of the worst experiences at Sonic today. My order was delivered by a driver who completely ignored me — no greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you,” nothing. I tried to say something, but they walked away without acknowledging me at all. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and this was just plain rude. If this is the level of service Sonic thinks is acceptable, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Pretty much just a drive through, but with much less wait than comparable places. Good for a thick shake. Pretty good eats. Not bad for fast food. It's good for a quick stop.
