1-Star Review I had one of the worst experiences at Sonic today. My order was delivered by a driver who completely ignored me — no greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you,” nothing. I tried to say something, but they walked away without acknowledging me at all. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and this was just plain rude. If this is the level of service Sonic thinks is acceptable, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Pretty much just a drive through, but with much less wait than comparable places. Good for a thick shake. Pretty good eats. Not bad for fast food. It's good for a quick stop.
I placed an order on the app and was hoping I could arrive and get my order and continue working doing rideshare services. Instead, I waited over 15 minutes for a single $1.99 sandwich and a small fry. Order was cold by the time it made it out the door 15 ft across to the stall in my hands. The rep smiled as she just dropped the receipt into the window and handed me the bag. No napkins in the bag. Sandwich cold.
