I’m not someone who typically leaves 1 star reviews. But wow. We have only gone here a handful of times over the years and it was just fine, unremarkable. However today was quite notable, in the bad way. Awful experience trying to use a birthday coupon for a free small shake. First we were rudely told that doesn’t exist, got out of car and showed live email showing it does, then abruptly told it has to be redeemed online (no where says that), then eventually the poor kid cashier gets sent out and tells us “we can’t do it”. Order took over 10 minutes and was then wrong. They forgot about our other half of the order. Didn’t offer a discount. Waited over 25 mins for food. An employee also had their mom and sister going in and out of the store. Health code violation.
I preordered pellet ice for an event with 150 people. Went to pick it up and they were not ready and said they couldn’t fill my order or they would run out of ice. Bad organization and planning!!!
Order a strawberry cheesecake MILKshake. Basically gave me strawberry ice cream. There’s no nothing MILKY about it and no cheese cake. Also the worker went to every car with every order asking who’s it was, so unorganized.
