VERY SLOW SERVICE! We went to grab two drinks quickly during a short break and ordered on the app ahead of time. It took half an hour for our drinks to get out to us and after we asked them to hurry up because we were going to be late, they still took another 5 minutes. Very rude, walked very slow, and terrible experience overall.
Careless with their milkshakes
I went to this sonic last night for a burger and a side of mozzarella, however when the young girl answered the speaker, she was extremely rude. After receiving my order and getting back home, I realized that they had forgotten my mozzarella, and when I called back to speak with a manager, the individual that answered the phone said there was no manager at that time.
