The worst fast food restaurant I've been to.... All the lights were off we couldn't see nothing on the menu signs... Only the ordering stalls which there was only a few... The rest were for pick up online orders.... The drive thru signs all the lights were off... The girl can in the speaker couldn't hear us and was rushing us to order but I told her to give us a minute so we could get a flash light to see.... The service is so slow each time I come here and order online, takes about 20-25 minutes longer than it says on the app. I don’t understand how it can take so long, a bit disappointed.
The past couple times ordering just sodas have taken more than 10 min AT LEAST. I had to go through the drive thru window to get it at they’ve just had it sitting there on there counter.
Took over 20mins for us to be acknowledged by any of the employees while guest after us were getting service as soon as they arrive.
