My husband got me a chocolate shake after a long night of traveling with kids alone. I was very disappointed to see that there was more chocolate syrup in the lid of the cup than in the shake with a huge clump of ice cream stuck at the bottom. Quality and taste were awful. This has happened before in Provo too. Food has gone downhill over time as well. Yall, just don't go to Sonic anymore until they train their employees a bit more and actually care about their customers. Will not be returning anytime soon
