This is for Jake at this location. He has very bad customer service tried to charge me twice for caramel in my coffee and one time for vanilla cause I said I want an extra caramel. I already paid for extra caramel. This sonic has been my favorite go-to after work. I love that they're open late. The servers are all super nice- the food is cheap and quick. Thankful for the night crew <3
Sonic used to be my go to for hotdogs. I'm beginning to think the people can't hear or just want you to contiyto repeat the order. After repeating my order 3 times, it was still wrong. O also paid extra for an upgrade on my dog, nope.
Ordered a drink, 10 minutes it still never came but the display showed on the way not to mention a car pulled in after we did and got their food before us...I love Sonic but I won't be back at this one, sorry just being honest.
