Way too many prime spaces cordoned off for online orders. I dread facing the blank wall and not being near the front when we stop in for a quick bite. Also, the menu boards are so lame. Buttons don't press well, payments process inefficiently, and rarely can either party hear the other clearly thru the intercom. Some just don't work at all so you gotta back out and go to another stall and hope for the best. Also, a cherry limeade shouldn't take 10 minutes to crank out.
This location has gone downhill a lot of the years. I think am done coming to this location, customer service isn't good, no apologies for having to wait 20 minutes for a single drink and applesauce. Didn't even read out what my drink was to make sure I was being given the correct item. A lot of the card readers don't work, so I haven't been able to pay until they come, waiting even more time.
Chicken sandwich was inedible. Tater tots were perfect
Got 3 cold drinks from the app. They were good. I had been to this Sonic once before. I'll go back if I'm in the area.
