My family and I went around 9 pm for dessert. We got sonic blasts they were really good. However when we pulled up I was trying to order in the parking space kiosk and the screen wasn’t turning on but the speaker was working. When I tried to go inside to order, the door was locked but there was no business hours posted anywhere. Some employees were sitting at the table just staring at me trying to open the door. They got my order wrong and then refused to speak to my dasher when she went back to try to fix it

The worse place to dine. No one to serve you it feel like going in a box of screen l. Dine in you need people to serve. It took over 10 minutes to respond to our screen also there is no space between the screen and the cars to handle the food.
