Terrible drve through time waited over 20 minutes
The wait times in the stalls and drive thru are criminal. But hey…the customer will endure what we decide they will endure, right
Waited 30 minutes for one drink and took 5 minutes to give me my change
Simply the slowest and most incompetent Sonic ever. I have been living in Sapulpa since 2020 and I have never once had a good experience here. I frequent this Sonic often being only a few blocks away from where I live. There is ZERO sense of urgency or awareness of time in that Sonic. Orders mixed up, orders missing ingredients, orders missing items. Even a simple order like a Route 44 Cherry Coke can go absolutely wrong. There is simply no excuse for 5 years of crap service.
The cooks needa to learn to change the grease. I can taste it's old.
