There grill was being replaced so couldn't get burger there chicken strips were so dry the pretzel was burnt and they forgot my sauce
Actually fast forward since I was with Matthew at the time it got up to 45 minutes and still hadn’t received the order I would like to request a refund but bet you guys take 45 months on that not even worth the trouble
I had to wait for about 35 minutes for my order of two drinks 2 jr cheeseburgers and a chili cheese coney I saw four other people arrive after me receive their order and they cleared my order in under 15 minutes and didn’t tell me wether it was coming until I hit the red button I’ve worked at a sonic before and this is unacceptable.
