Grandson and I ordered drinks and it took about 15 minutes with only 1 other car in the parking lot. Then the carhop didn't know how to make change. This was the Sapulpa location.
They need to bring back pickle os.
food looks a little poor today. The young ladies who delivered the food were great. The lady who was taking orders lacks customer service skills. The management needs improvement.
Absolutely insane to wait 40 minutes for a drink. I already paid or I would have left. Placed a mobile order, checked in and then it said my order was completed. Whoever was working must have marked it as complete because they didn’t want to take the time to run it out. Ridiculous. No refund, no coupons, just a “Oops sorry about the wait”. I was late for work with absolutely no regard for my time. We’ve had multiple issues at this Sonic but this was the last straw.
