I had placed a mobile order, but accidentally chose wrong location. I understand how frustrating that is for them. When calling to cancel the order and see if I could switch the location, they were absolutely no help. Told me they could not refund me or transfer the order. Sonic in Prescott Valley is definitely a don't! Ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers for the family, with small fries 🍟 and drinks. Each Burger only had a quarter slice of bacon! There must be a bacon shortage, lol 🤣🤣🤣 The meat Patty was dry and tasteless, the dry bun was too large for the burger, so you really paying for a big bun! ( ! ) So for $10 a meal you get a big dry bun! ( ! )

We like going out for ice cream often. We decided to try Sonic in PV. Both sonic blasts had nothing in the cup but ice cream. They threw some on top and that’s it. We stopped the server, let her know, waited 15 minutes! She comes back and says, I’m not going to lie. I totally spaced it. This won’t be our ice cream place again.
