I’ve been to this Sonic in the past and been disappointed, but today the food was hot and came out very quickly! From what I could tell, there were only a few people working, but they were awesome! (There was some confusion with the screens not working properly, so we were unable to pay at the actual order board, but the worker brought a card reader to the table and helped us out.) Great service!
This has to be the slowest Sonic in Alabama. Even using the app to order ahead, you have to wait 25 minutes for 5 drinks.
This is the very worst Sonic I have ever been to. The service is deplorable. Over the last 2 weeks it has taken up to 30 minutes to get a sandwich, fries and drink. I always use the Sonic App. Today I tried ordering a Diet Limeade and a Diet Coke. Both came up " Not available". So I pushed the red button and after 10 minutes nobody answered. Ordered my food online, the website told me to go to the thing to press the res button for service for my online order I sat there for 20 minutes, pressing the button at most 3 times. Still without service. I had the flag the guy down to tell him i had an online order, though he was nice, we missed like half our order. I had to ask 3 separate times to retrieve my missing food, with some of the stuff still wrong. We left and ate our food. By the time i reached the end of my drink, there was a hair in it.
