I had not been to a Sonic probably in over 10 years. This visit was purely out of convenience, but I'm glad I stopped in. The chili cheese coney dog was PERFECT. I also had a grilled cheese. I've got to say they've stepped their game up on the grilled cheese in recent years. Every time I used to get them, they were never toasted enough. This one was thoroughly toasted on both sides, so no soginess at all to that nice thick Texas toast. Soft drink was fine (Gotta love that Sonic Ice). The people that work here are so unprofessional and very rude. They told us in the drive thru they would be right with us and we were okay with that, but please tell me how they kept taking the other line when we were there before anyone else except the one that was currently ordering with them. They are pathetic and slow at their job. I am very disappointed and will never be going back to this location or probably another Sonic because they are always slow. I would literally choose any other place but here to go and eat.
There was something wrong with the girls that were trying to take the order. 7 o’clock Sunday maybe somebody should look into that they can’t seem to take an order or drive-through.
Worst ever … everything is old tasting and no napkins given… no marinara for the mozzarella sticks… wasn’t even busy … only one car at another spot… how are they so incompetent and lazy
