I do not know what happened at this place but if you do delivery, be careful. I go to Sonic all the time. ALL the time. The past few online orders I have made, there has been problems. This one was the BIGGEST. I made a $60 order and received my drinks. Only. And even my drinks weren't correct. How does a Dr Pepper taste like their Banana shakes? When I called, the manager got quiet and I had to ASK for some sort of compensation. He then says, Well, I can give you a free meal for your next visit if you come pick up your food... read more
Ordered online for lunch. The hot dog buns were atleast a week old. The hot dogs were obviously from last night, and my cheese fries (ordered shredded cheese) had a cheese slice. The only thing good about this place was the coke.
Friday @7pm Olivia brought out our food, one item was missing in the order but she hurried back to get it. It happens! Thank you for being so courteous and prompt to get my meal. Very friendly service and food was excellent.
Maybe go over food safety at this location. Noticed half way through eating my burger was raw in the middle.
love the food and the great polite service
