Went there to pick up 2 online orders. The first one came out right away, and the server said she'd be right back with the second. It was 15m to close, so I get that they might be busy. Also, this is why we placed our orders 30 minutes before closing instead of pulling up with a huge order 15m to close. After 10 min, I noticed they were mopping floors, so I hit the buzzer to ask where the order was, and the guy replies, "It'll be right out."
