Usually Sonic will provide half of a whole lime in a Route 44 (Strawberry) Limeade, but they only put two measly wedges • Better service at other locations so won’t be returning.
I stopped in there for lunch the other day. Very nice Sonic. The waitress was absolutely outstanding. She enjoyed the stickers that I have on the back of my car and commented on them that she enjoyed them. She was very nice. I definitely gave her a good tip, but I had a chili cheese dog with some fries and a big old cherry flavored drink that was yummy and had little blue balls in it that when you sucked them through the straw, they burst in your mouth. What a great sonic been too many, many sonics in the past And this is definitely one of my top favorites. They take care of me every time with Great atmosphere and the foods always correct..!!! Thank you.My sonic friends for doing such a great job.The management team here must be doing something right And training their people properly.
They got our order wrong, gave us the wrong items and also forgot items. When trying to talk to the car hop about my order she just walked off in the middle of me talking. Very unprofessional and disappointed in the service. My receipt shows Fabricio as the car hop.
I went around 10:30 to get drink I order online and went through drive thru waited at least 5 mins no one came on speaker and I understand sometimes that doesn’t work so I pull up to window wait , wait and wait still no one comes to let me know something, I knock on window mind you it’s me and one other car there only so it wasn’t like they were busy I know they have to see me, FINALLY WHAT SEEMED LIKE 10 minutes I believe she was the manager or assistant manager stated that the other speaker doesn’t work till after 11:30 so... read more
