They got our order wrong, gave us the wrong items and also forgot items. When trying to talk to the car hop about my order she just walked off in the middle of me talking. Very unprofessional and disappointed in the service. My receipt shows Fabricio as the car hop.
I went around 10:30 to get drink I order online and went through drive thru waited at least 5 mins no one came on speaker and I understand sometimes that doesn’t work so I pull up to window wait , wait and wait still no one comes to let me know something, I knock on window mind you it’s me and one other car there only so it wasn’t like they were busy I know they have to see me, FINALLY WHAT SEEMED LIKE 10 minutes I believe she was the manager or assistant manager stated that the other speaker doesn’t work till after 11:30 so... read more
Literally just left at 10:20pm. Got home. My burger was cold. Extras I added to my burger didnt have on (paid extra for nothing). Whomever is closing today needs to be spoken to. No receipt given, but I ordered #3, mozzarella sticks, and sonic blast. Like my burger isnt even warm!! Its cold!! Wth!
