Went there about a week ago using the mobile app. The app wouldn't check in after trying multiple stalls and red button in the outside lane. I pull up to the window to tell Sasha who was at the window what was going on and I'm there to get my order. She refused to help me saying I cut in line (there was no one pulled to to the window at the time) and shut the window on me. She then went out of her way to go outside and help the cars behind me, ignoring me and refusing to help. I then had to wait behind another half dozen car... read more

This place use to be good years ago. The food was decent but the car hop stations need maintenance, #8 the speaker/microphone doesn't work. After we tried pushing the red button to order it restarted, we had to push the red button again to no avail, we moved to another station to order. The food took longer than expected. Please hire more people like you use to; this place isn't as fun as it was. Get an electrician to do some work on your car hop stations and/or do some renovations on the entire store.

Clean your grill!! We ordered several grilled cheese sandwiches and an egg burrito. Cheese on sandwiches was black. Eggs were black. Tasted like licking a grill. Not everyone eats meat or wants black tinged, burned tasting food. Food was not salvageable. Fried food was fine. We drove a distance for Sonic so it was an extra bummer.

Waited a very long time in the drive thru line . Couldn’t check in through the app - not sure why. Asked for my food to remade , they had no problem remaking it but the man who was on the speaker - rude . Once I got to the window I could see inside and it looks dirty, the man at the window getting the drinks was walking circles it took him 5 minutes to make a root beer float - like be forreal. You should really make sure your employees know the specials as on Thursdays thru September 11th sonic is running the special of buy 1 footlong hotdog get one free and when i tried to order the person taking my order said that's only in the app which it isn't as sonics main website says just mention it when ordering and also the prior thursday that person working knew about the special and took my order and I have been to plenty of sonics in the south which are ran extremely well , but this sonic has struggled since the day ... read more
