Got door dash from here and they left items off the order. Tried to call several times and no one answered so we drove up there, parked and pushed the call button. Waited 10 min and still no service. Had to walk up and knock on the window (can't go in) showed the employee our receipt and what was missing. When she brought it out to us it was still missing items. So, on the THIRD ATTEMPT, it was finally correct. We absolutely WILL NOT order from here again. 3/26/25. 7:30 pm
Ordered 2 burgers, Fries and a chocolate shake. The burger was completely raw and had the wrong toppings on it, the fries tasted like they were 5 hours old, and the chocolate shake look like it was tampered with. I have worked in food for years and i'm a very understanding person but this is just ridiculous
One of the worst experiences in recent memory. Wait was long, they had 2 ppl working. Ordered a double smasher and got a plain old, cold ass double cheeseburger, emphasis on cold. My wife’s “sprite” was club soda. I don’t understand how some of these places can operate like this. Just shut it down until you can get it right because it is absolute garbage.
