Went to Sonic today. Ordered 2 happy hour drinks and mozzarella sticks. I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks. I was only rung up for 4. I couldn’t see the screen from the glare of the sun to review. Got my order, noticed the error and asked to update to correct. They told me to just order 4 more cheese sticks but that would cost $4.30 more when an 8 piece is $6. The manager refused. Dont make people wait 15+ minutes and have then wondering if the lane is even functioning. Seriously, is it that hard to pop on the speaker for a few seconds to say " thanks for your patience we are really busy we will be with you soon"? Like damn
This was not even 5min from when I picked up the food. The order was completely wrong. I asked for a bacon double smash burger and a strawberry mangonada. I was given a strawberry shake with a smash burger no bacon or lettuce. The total came to $10.80 and my boyfriend handed them $15 and didn't give us the change. I'm never ordering from this sonic location ever again.
