We pulled up with a mobile order and checked in okay, only to wait for 10 minutes with no attention. I moved to another stall, hit the red button, and waited for 5 minutes before anyone answered. I told a woman about our situation, but she says she doesn't have our order, although we have been charged, and she hung up without another word. We had to flag down a carhop and show him our receipt before we could get our items. Really poor handling of everything aside from the carhop.
This is the third time I've been here in a week, and I press the button and no one answers. The first time a older lady with a limp was screaming to a customer about being there by herself. The second and third time which I just left again because I waited over 7 minutes without anyone answering. I called a guy with dreads that worked there to see if the button was working. This location has some of the worst staff that could not care less about their job or the location they work for. Their location is constantly dirty. When was the last time they had their parking lot pressure washed, has to be several years ago. Any time we go here it takes an excessive amount of time to get drinks, we would not dare get anything more than just drinks! I ordered from these people and they gave my order to the wrong uber driver twice, the first time they found my order an hr later and i refunded me this time we waited tilll 10 pm and got a message from uber saying sonic cancelled our order the customer service and efficency is poor
So, so, so slow.
