They was very rude
Had a great experience today thanks to Lucy! She greeted me with a big smile and was super quick and friendly. Definitely made my visit better
If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest option available. The woman taking/answering pick up orders was extremely rude and unprofessional. She initially refused to remake an order only to realize it had never been made in the first place. Instead of apologizing appropriately, she simply said, “Oh, my bad, you’ll have to wait.” Very disappointing experience. 1:00AM 10/22 shift.
