Drive up windows was slow, most outdoor terminals were broken. We went to another Sonic instead.
Got here around 9:55 pm to just get a couple of sonic blasts. Ended up waiting almost 20 mins for the order. When we get our order, the lid was seemingly not put on right and the cookie on top broke in half. I wasn’t offered anything for it but paid extra… Kinda disappointed. Hasn’t been like this, ever. Not sure if management for the evening has changed. Definitely not our typical experience here.
Waited 45 minutes for my food. Not only was it ice cold when they brought it to me but also wrong items in my order. Like a hot dog instead of a corn dog. Staff doesnt even know there own drinks...this is the worst sonic in san antonio without a doubt. I came back . They gave me fresh fries tots and a corn dog. 3 stars only due to the girl that tried her best to rectify the issue. Not 24/7. Tjeu close daily at 2am now? To prepare for the next day? July7th 2:16 am
