This location should be shut down. Twice now in the drive-through, I've sat in front of the speaker for four to five minutes without so much as a word from anyone inside. I thought it was broken. When someone finally acknowledged I was waiting to order, the ONLY thing she said was, "go ahead," in the most unfriendly and annoyed manner I've ever heard at a fast food location.
