I cannot figure out why this specific location consistently puts chili on u tots when, in all of.my 44 years of life, have never ordered chili tots, and other locations manage to get the order right.

My wife showed up just before ten am, ordered a Dr pepper. Car hop came out with the drink and no straw, she gave her a ten and said I want three dollars back for the drink that cost approximately $3.16. Car hop came back several minutes later with a straw and said she couldn't get a hold of the manager to get the safe code to make change. Asked for another method of payment.
