Ordered a shake and some curds. Asked the manager on duty if I could eat in the parking lot so I could take a conference call and not drive. I was then told if it would take longer than 20 minutes I'd have to leave. The lot was empty, it was 8 at night. Kinda crappy from the mgmt team here, I would've been bothering no one. Now I'm going to find somewhere else to take my call and will make sure to never eat here again
I didn't get all the items I requested. I didn't get charged for the omitted items. Called and spoke with the person that took my order and he apologized but didn't offer to remedy the error.
A few days ago my husband went and got drinks, our server was Shelbi, i was on the phone with him when he ordered, she was rude and rushing him, he repeated his drink 3 times, when he got home it was wrong and i went up there and told her this is not right and she fixed it by adding stuff into the drink she already made that was NOT what i ordered. Today my husband went back and ordered 2 drinks and a mozz stick, Shelbi was the server again, she didn’t ring the drink up right, only rang up one, and then charges us for 2 mozz... read more
They close early. Many order issues and you could be the only one there as a customer and you’ll still be waiting about 20 minutes for two meals.
We have only had sonic maybe once or twice in my life but the food was good and I may go more often.
