Holy cow, what an awful experience. We stopped on our way out of town and placed an order using the red button. 25 minutes later we hadn’t received the food and I called back to check on it. Immediately they said it would come right out, and it did, which tells me it was sitting around. Sure enough the food was cold and the milkshake was straight liquid. I live very close to this sonic and the food has gone downhill…All was cold and my husband onion rings were a mess. I give up. It’s not as good as it used to be. The outside is much cleaner though
Bacon is burnt to a crisp. Black and charcoaled no cheese even the eggs are burnt. Worst experience ever. Revised... I should not have to escalate it. I should not have to waste my money on completely inedible food. DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC YALL THEY CANT EVEN FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES!
We have had issues the last 2 times we have ordered through Doordash. 1st time the order took over 45 minutes so the dasher had to leave. Now.. We were missing a burger and when we called we were told they have the burger but call the doordash driver to come back for it. Why do we need to do that?Also, thats not how it works.
