Painfully slow service. I’m writing this while waiting for food after ordering. Two cars in front of me and one behind. We’ve been waiting at least 15-20 min already for one plain hotdog for my kid. Car behind me got food before us.
TWICE in a row I have gone through the drive through only to be turned away because they "weren't taking any new orders"... Won't ever go back.

Every single time we go at night (7-8;30) they say the slushie machine is broke. My kids always get really upset. Just going to stop giving it a shot at time point. If you’re too lazy to make slushies, find another job….
This Sonic is S. L. O. W. It should NOT take more than a few minutes for two drinks and a side of fries.
