Just don’t use a bank or debit card at Sonic although this was at E Lindsey in Norman I guarantee you complaining about fraud to cooperate will not help
Ordered online and arrived at the store right when the food was supposed to be ready. I checked in through the app and it said my order would be out shortly. After waiting about 15 minutes with no update, I had to press the button to ask about it. They confirmed my order and said it would be right out. When it finally arrived, the ice cream was melted and the sides were barely warm. It felt like the order had been forgotten. This was around 8pm, so it wasn’t particularly busy.
