this has to be the WORSE sonic to go to in the area. they take forever when they are actually “open” . but be beware even if the app says they’re open and will allow you to place a order up until 11 , they close at 10. they won’t refund you or even apologize , they just tell you , “you’re going to have to call the customer service number for sonic to get your money back”. and then they will produce to flick your receipt at you when you ask for one to have a reference point. I live right down the street, so come here often for a small snack or last minute dinner. Food is generally good. Sometimes service is quick, sometimes it’s slow. Nothing out of the norm for fast food. But I felt the need to write this review because they ALWAYS get something wrong with the order. So if you come to this location, just make sure to check your order before driving off
This store used to be a great place to stop by and grab food. Unfortunately, I placed my order at 9:45. But they close at 10:45? So why is the kitchen closed. The carhop was rude and snobby about it too. Like I’m so sorry for inconveniencing an hour before you close. This is a DL ROGERS location and I’m very disappointed in the service and atmosphere of this location. I watched 6 cars pull away because they were turned away. I had plenty of time to wait in line for my order ahead so I gave this place it worthy review. Worst "restaurant" near me. Dont go here. Starve instead
