I ordered a mozzarella sticks, small sonic blast and then #1 combo with dr pepper. The screen didn't work and the order was not repeated. I received no dr pepper or fries and somehow the sonic was charged as a medium. I think the order person put the mozz sticks as my side and the sonic blast as my drink . I probably didn't need any fries anyways.
This applies to all Sonics but this one seems to be one of the worst when it comes to the number of kiosks that are not working to take orders! On today’s visit three were just black. Now, this is somewhat understandable but where mgmt falls short is by not placing a cone or barricade in front of the out of order lanes so you are not pulling in/backing out trying to find one that is working. This is very basic customer service that would be greatly appreciated!
