I don’t know if this is an app issue or location issues but I usually pick up drinks for my family (average about 3-4) and the past three times I have gone, in the app I have said that I need a drink carrier, my car only holds two, and I haven’t been brought one. I always feel bad sending the server back in to grab me one but I physically can’t drive with a floating drink(s) in my passenger seat.
I mean clearly this one should’ve been thrown in the trash not given to a paying customer. 🙄
*** don’t order a cherry limeade *** Ordered a diet cherry limeade (have ordered these a million times before, always very flavorful the diet doesn’t take away flavor for me personally) this one came out tasting like faintly flavored carbonated water, I asked them to remake it and it tasted the exact same when they brought it back. Assuming there was just something wrong with their machine and it was only $2 of my money I decided to give up. Would not recommend ordering one from here, save yourself!
The reason I only gave it three stars is it because of the simple fact that I sat in line in the Drive-Thru when they win for a cup of ice when there was every possible way that they could have brought it to me out the drive-thru door and they could have been to the next customer which would have put their drive-thru times below and I would have been on my way out of line and it would have been better but instead I sat there and waited far too long for a cup of ice. First visit to this location we are new to the area. We've noticed they've not been too busy and last night we now know why. Around 9:30 ordered a medium brownie blast, a heath turtle blast, and a small cookie dough blast. All of them had a light sprinkle of ingredients add-ins on top but nothing inside. Why am I going to pay double for a cup of ice cream when I can just order a plain cup of ice cream instead of a pretending blast?
