Absolutely horrible. Waited 25 minutes to get three drinks. No food. Just drinks. Called to get refund. No answer. Went inside and asked for a refund. The inside was FILTHY. Took over 5 minutes to get us a refund. Wasted 30 minutes of our life. Been going to a Sonic since 1977. Will NEVER GO AGAIN.
Food is delicious, service is so slow I could’ve retired by the time I got out of the drive thru. This isn’t a fluke either, I live right down the road and haven’t had an experience here that lasted under 20 minutes once. In all honesty itd probably be quicker for me to go to the next closest sonic than to try this one.
We stopped on our way home to enid. They were nice, speedy service, and friendly.
