Ordered through the app and parked in a stall. Checked in. Stall screen had my name on it, so it was correct. Worker brought out someone else’s order. 15 minutes later I hit the red button and asked if they were still working on my order. They didn’t know what my order was. I told them, and they said they were still working on it. I’ve been here for 20 minutes, and I’m still waiting. 20 minutes is a LONG time for a fast food place, and it’s not very busy.
Waited in the drive thru for about 25-30 minutes before we left. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were a little busy but it shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to have someone take your order in the drive thru. This place is ridiculous, just a waste of time.
We tried to order food tonight. We got rushed, our order was mostly wrong and nobody wanted to help make It right. I was also charged for an online order that went through and had an order # that they "never received". So frustrating.
