The drink I got was pretty good
Terrible customer service! Avoid this Sonic location if you want to receive the correct order and customer service. After receiving the wrong order, I called Sonic to request a refund as I was given food that was not only inedible but something I am unable to eat. The store management refused to contact me after several requests and customer service is only able to offer a 'coupon' for future order. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing that the management is this unprofessional.
Just ordered 4 drinks and took almost 45 minutes to get them. This is usually one of the better sonics.
