What’s the point of telling you a time on the app if it’s 10 min late every time? This place is a HARD PASS for Sonic. Actually….every sonic is a hard pass. What happened to this amazing chain? The last 20 years it’s gotten worse and worse each year.
Great workers and great food. The workers were nice and let me use the restroom inside. Sounds like a great experience right? The restroom was absolutely disgusting and there was no soap either. Can the workers even wash their hands after using the restroom??? The doorknob was crusty as well so even if they are washing their hands the doorknob probably contained 10x the amount of germs. I loved the workers but wasn't sure if the food was even safe to eat afterwards.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Sonic. Our order was incorrect from the beginning, several items were missing, and some of the food arrived burned. We had to ask multiple times for the missing items, and instead of apologizing, our server seemed annoyed every time we asked. The most disappointing part was the manager’s behavior. Rather than addressing the mistakes or trying to make things right, he came out with an attitude and complained that we were making his server walk back and forth too many times. ... read more

It was happy hour so drinks for half-price! That always makes it better .
