Sat for 1 and a half hours after ordering 4 drinks online and they still messed up my order. Never again.
I ordered my food. And waited over 45 minutes. Along with my onion rings being burnt, and my drink tasted like soap. I ordered a Dr.Pepper, and somehow it tasted weirdly. The only thing I could describe it as, is soap
There is always an issue with this location. I really gave plenty of opportunities before giving this review…. It’s always and excuse, staff is rude, orders aren’t right. The incompetence is real here. Quite honestly this location would be better suited being closed permanently rather than continue to provide less than acceptable customer service and continue to let their customers down. Have been sitting in line for 30 minutes after ordering food!!!! UGH I don't understand why it should take so long!!! I think they must have 1 employee.
I’m posting this at the 40 minute mark of waiting for 2 Slushies and a couple breakfast burritos. Made this as a mobile order and even showed up 10 minutes after the order said it would be ready because this store is NOTORIOUS for taking forever to get a simple order out, nothing fast about this fast food 👍🏼
