Went to pick up a DoorDash and waited 5+ minutes to be greeted at the speaker and when they told us to pull around two employees were blocking the drive thru so we weren’t able to pull up to the window. I always have horrible service at Sonic.

We have been to this location a few times, it’s definitely the worst we’ve been to. The wait time is insane, even if we just order 2 drinks we always wait 20+ minutes sometimes over 30 minutes if we order food. Usually when we get our food it isn’t even fresh and it’s missing something. I hope things change for the better here and they make some major improvements.

If I could do negative stars , I would. TWICE today separate visits to sonic. First, 18 minute wait. Cold food. I complained and was told, well, we only have one cook. TONIGHT, just two items. again 13 minute wait, had the nerve to ask if I wanted my change, then when I said yes, and asked for my receipt and ketchup & mustard, she walked away, flipped me a bird, I YELLED for the manger & his only response.
