This time was better than the past
Our tood was COLD! I asked for hot fries and they did deliver a new order. Then we started to eat our burgers and they were ice cold! Just awful.
15 minutes to go thru 3 cars in the drive thru, its my turn, the gal says be right with you, 5 minutes later I remind her im there cuz the drivethru line is clear in front of me, she says yes ill be with you in a minute ma'am, which is fine but the rudeness was too much plus the 20 minutes waiting and no end in sight... she could have said itll be 5 minutes or please oark ir literally anything. Similar things have happened, so id wait 6 months and try again. Im done now. Ill only go to Sonic when im out of town visiting.
We started going out of our way to come here to get the $7 meal deals.... than we came and they said what Sunday do you want and I said I dont want a Sunday and she goes well thats what you get they dont do the chicken any more instead its a sunday.... I asked if I could sub out the Sunday and they refused and said there was no way they could. We came for food not ice cream.
Dear owner, please sale this franchise location to someone who cares.
