Ordered 2 shakes and 2 slushes and waited well past the notification on screen that Katherine was approaching my vehicle with an order. Unless, the ice cream was being from scratch, it is inexcusable, especially in a sweltering. I should have gone straight home and made my own shakes and slushes. I will in the future. What a waste of time and money.

Service was good and fairly quick.
They take forever like 30 minutes for a melted slush and food close to being cold they have to do better next time and don’t answer when being called
