I really try and give this place a shot, but either it’s horrible staffing issues or they honestly don’t like enjoy working here at all and it shows. This location can not handle when it is middle level busy. They make you wait so long just to take your orders so they can catch up, but that’s a horrible excuse.
I ordered the strawberry cheesecake shake on the mobile app. It wasn't mixed and didn't have any cheesecake mixed in. I had the same experience getting a malt. Mix the shakes for crying out loud and tell the customer if you don't have the ingredients for the shake they ordered.
Good food service was good fries were not so great
We’ve always had good service here, but the food is normally a disappointment. I swear they use old oil! I’m convinced! You can taste it in any of the fried food.
