The service was great, they just got my drink oder wrong. Got a grape sprite instead of a grape lemonade. Otherwise great
The drive-in doesn’t recognize rewards offered through the app. Some communication between these systems would improve customer experience.
We ordered 2 burger combos and got only one combo. My burger was cold. They forgot my drink (that was included in the combo) and fries (for the second combo). After asking the guy who brought our food, he went back inside and came back telling us that the drink had not been charged, so we paid for a separate soda. Then when we told him about the fries missing he went back inside and said the girl working there told him that we had not ordered fries. Come on!! Fill them up to the top! Got home and noticed all of our sonic blast were 3/4s full. Very disappointed! They are expensive atleast fill them up also...they took forever to get our order out.
